Payment for services rendered
Full payment for initial services rendered by Maverick Web Design must be submitted before any work on the customer’s Web site commences, unless a prior arrangement has been agreed upon between the two parties. Monthly maintenance fees and yearly domain name registration fees, if any, will be due and payable to Maverick Web Design within 15 days of billing. If payments are not made within the allotted time, the customer’s Web site will be taken off line until such time as payments are rendered.
